Shipping & Delivery

Where we ship

We ship to the Netherlands and across the European Union. We do not currently ship outside the EU (including the United Kingdom).

Shipping costs

• Netherlands and EU: a flat rate of €9.95 per order.
• Free shipping on all orders over €75.

All prices include VAT.

Carrier & delivery times

• Orders are shipped as a tracked parcel.
• Order processing: orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days.
• Delivery estimate: Netherlands 1–3 business days; rest of the EU 3–7 business days.
• All delivery times are indicative (see Terms & Conditions, Article 11).
• Maximum delivery term is 30 days unless a longer period is agreed (statutory — see Terms Art. 11.3).

Track & trace

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation by email.

Risk and receipt

The risk of damage or loss rests with us until the product is delivered to you or a representative you designated in advance (Terms & Conditions, Article 11.7).

Customs & duties

Within the EU there are no additional customs duties or import charges; the price you pay at checkout is the final price.
