Can I return an item I purchased at GloriousSound?

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason (the statutory EU right of withdrawal), provided that the seal has not been broken. For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns of earphones and headphones once opened, unless the product is faulty.

When the seal is broken, your order is final and can no longer be returned.

If you make use of your right of withdrawal, you have 14 days after receipt to return your product. If you return the entire order, you will be refunded the full order amount, including the original (standard) shipping costs.

If you return part of the order, the original shipping cost is not reimbursed. The cost of returning the product from your home to us is for your own account — check your carrier's website for exact rates.

When exercising your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all accessories supplied and in its original condition and packaging.

We will refund the amount due within 14 days of registering your return, provided the product has already been returned in good order (or you can show conclusive proof of return). The refund is made via the same payment method you used, unless you expressly agree otherwise.

Warranty / faulty items

This is separate from the right of withdrawal — see the warranty terms in the Terms & Conditions (Article 10). Faulty or incorrectly delivered items: contact us and we will repair or replace.
