GloriousSound.com, established in the Netherlands, is registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (Kamer van Koophandel) under number 65415752 (VAT: NL002024717B40). Our website address is https://glorioussound.com. You can contact us at [email protected].

What data do we collect?

  • Personal identification information: name, email address, phone number, billing and delivery address.
  • Order and transaction information (items purchased, amounts).
  • Payment information — processed by our payment provider Stripe; we do not store full card numbers ourselves.
  • Technical/usage information collected via cookies (see Cookies).

How do we collect your data?

You directly provide most of the data we collect. We collect and process data when you:

  • register or place an order for any of our products or services;
  • contact us or provide feedback by email;
  • use or view our website (via cookies — see Cookies).

How will we use your data?

We use your data so that we can:

  • process your order, take payment, and manage your account;
  • provide customer service and handle returns/warranty;
  • send you marketing about products and services, where you have consented.

Who do we share your data with?

We share data only with processors that help us run the shop, under data- processing agreements:

  • Stripe — payment processing and fraud screening (Stripe Radar). Stripe may process data outside the EU (US); such transfers are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses.
  • Hosting — our hosting infrastructure, located in the European Union.
  • Email — our transactional email provider, for order confirmations and service messages.

How do we store your data, and for how long?

We store your data securely with our hosting provider.

Marketing

We would like to send you information about products and services we think you might like, only if you have opted in. You can opt out at any time — to stop receiving marketing, email us at [email protected].

What are your data protection rights?

Every user is entitled to the following:

  • Right to access — request copies of your personal data.
  • Right to rectification — have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected.
  • Right to erasure — request deletion of your data, under certain conditions.
